A Unique Historic Venue in Chico

Built in the early 20th century, the clubhouse combines historic character with the flexibility to host a wide range of events. From weddings and performances to workshops and fundraisers, the space supports both private celebrations and community-driven gatherings.

Renters consistently choose the venue for its character, layout, and atmosphere — something that can’t be replicated in a standard event space.

Rental Overview

The clubhouse is available for rental throughout the year, based on availability. Weekend dates tend to book in advance.

Pricing varies depending on the event type, timing, and duration. Typical ranges include:

• Weekday rental: $20/hour-$50/hour plus a usage fee
• Weekend rental: $800-$1400

Final pricing and availability will be provided once an event inquiry has been submitted.

Member Benefits for Hosting Events

Members receive additional access to the clubhouse during the week.

When space is available, members can host workshops, gatherings, and programs for other members or the broader community. These are intended to be community-oriented (not profit-driven), with modest fees allowed to cover materials or direct costs.

Private or profit-generating events follow standard rental guidelines.
